The new mail facility helped keep 4,000 jobs in Philadelphia while creating a dignified workplace for postal employees. The project featured 270 squares (2,508 m2) of Fabral’s 20-gauge stainless-steel perforated Hefti-Rib exposed-fastener wall panels. By incorporating the perforated, stainless-steel wall system, the design team created an environmentally sustainable building that offers many benefits to those working within and those living in the surrounding neighborhood.
