Carlyles Watch, in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio, offers the fusion of new, well-appointed apartment units located in an historic, urban setting. The new building includes 54 residences in seven stories in the charming Gay Street District.

The distinctive checkerboard design utilized approximately 7,000 square feet (650 m2) of Holland,Mich.-based Dri-Design’s 0.080-aluminum panels finished in three colors: black, light gray and dark gray. The patented Dri-Design Wall Panel System is an affordable dry joint pressureequalizedrainscreen system.

Installation of the Dri-Design system was by Thomas Glass; architectural design was provided by Meyers Welsh Architects; and the general contractor was Ruscilli Construction Co., all from Columbus.
