Resembling the texture of a clump of soap foam bubbles, THA Consulting Inc. designed white metal panels with a pattern of oval-shaped openings to enclose a parking garage at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia.
On the exterior of the 44,752 m2 (481,702 sf) parking garage, EDA Contractors Inc. installed 3,437 m2 (37,000 sf)
of American Metalcraft Inc.’s aluminum panels CNC water-jet cut with a custom pattern of openings. American Metalcraft also supplied aluminum tubing and aluminum angle components for a substructure to attach the panels. Finishing Dynamics LLC finished the panels in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings’ White extrusion coating.
