3A Composites Inc., based in Davidson, N.C., announced Nick Scheib has been promoted to president and CEO. Scheib was general manager of the architectural division.
Scheib says, “I am incredibly honored to take on the new role of president and CEO. The past six years have been extremely rewarding; I am excited to build on our achievements and propel the entire Americas business forward. With our talented team and unwavering commitment to living our core values, I am confident that together we will make a positive impact and achieve tremendous results.”
3A Composites’ core values have been integrity, accountability, value creation, customer focus, team, continuous improvement, and humility and respect. Scheib says he added transparency to the list.
“While transparency has always been an implicit part of the way we work, I believe placing it front and center in our company culture will be key to our growth and journey moving forward as an industry leader,” Scheib says.
Scheib began working at 3A Composites in 2018 as vice president, architectural sales and marketing.
