Laminators Inc., in Hatfield, Pa., is commemorating its 60th anniversary. The company was established in July 1963 by Joe Thompson. This family-run enterprise is now in its third generation of ownership, led by David Thompson as the president and CEO, Garrett Thompson as the vice-president of sales and marketing, and Scott Thompson providing take-off support for construction services.

Originally established as a panel manufacturer for chalkboards and bulletin boards, Laminators Inc. has evolved into a significant player in the industry of metal composite materials (MCM) panel manufacturing. Their products cater to commercial construction, sign making, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) industries. The company’s journey began with crafting panels for swing doors in truck trailers, above-ground pools, and temporary housing camps—these early ventures paved the way for their current architectural and sign products.

Reflecting on this significant milestone, David Thompson expresses his pride and gratitude, acknowledging the profound journey that has led to this point.

“I feel proud and blessed when I look back at the journey of these momentous and remarkable years, he says. “We couldn’t have done it without the support from our dedicated customers throughout the last six decades. Our commitment to provide high-quality products, innovative application solutions, and exceptional customer service has helped us build long-term relationships with our customers. The many years to come will be exciting and packed with new achievements.”
