ARCO Design/Build has opened an office at 8280 Greensboro Drive in Tysons, Va., which will support the firm’s combined design, engineering, procurement, and construction work across aerospace and defense, aviation capital improvements, cold storage, commercial, e-commerce, life sciences, manufacturing, multi-family, self-storage, and warehouse distribution projects.
Notably, the firm has specifically worked on metal manufacturing and processing facilities such as Amerinox Texarkana’s coil processing and distribution facility in Nash, Texas and Nucor’s facility expansion.
“The Washington region has been central to our growth, and the Tysons office lets us meet it with our full strength,” says president Aaron Weir.
Local leadership includes vice president Drew Enstice, whose experience in the region supports ARCO’s continued growth across the Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia markets.
