Cannon Design is very proud to be the recipient of a “High Commendation” Award for International Research-an honor bestowed by the Design & Health World Congress, as part of its International Academy Awards competition.
The winning entry, “From Pre-design Research to Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Cancer Treatment Environments” was authored by the Cannon Design team of Zhe Wang, PhD, RA, LEED AP, EDAC; Michael Pukszta, AIA; Natalie R Petzoldt, AIA, LEED AP, EDAC and Jennifer Hendrich Cayton, RA, LEED AP-exceeding the awards criteria as a completed, innovative, independently assessed, piece of research focused on a particular aspect of healthcare design. The winning paper was also published in the recent Congress issue of
World Health Design.
