Both a licensed professional engineer and a registered architect, Keenan will evaluate the technical accuracy, code compliance, constructability, and performance of the design solutions developed by the firm’s design professionals. Keenan succeeds Russell M. Sanders, AIA in this position, as Sanders has announced his planned retirement in August 2025.
