CENTRIA , Moon Township, Pa., recently signed a confidential letter of intent to sell EnergyPeak to Metanna, a newly formed metal roof/solar integration company based in South Bend, Ind. CENTRIA’s Services Group division founded the EnergyPeak technology, which designs standards for integrating photovoltaic laminates with standing-seam metal roofs.
