The Behlen leadership team has announced that a letter of intent has been signed to sell the assets of Inland Building Systems, Cullman, Ala., to Schulte Building Systems, Houston. IBS is headquartered in Cullman at a 137,000-square-foot (12,727-m² ) facility that produces a full line of metal building products. The completion date for the sale is expected to be mid-September. “We believe that the ability of SBS to grow and improve service is the key to a successful future for the entire SBS family of employees, customers and suppliers,” said Fred Koetting, president of Schulte Building Systems. “The addition of Inland Building Systems is a great step into that.
