YKK AP America Inc., based in Atlanta, promoted Jennifer Smith to architectural sales representative in the Atlanta region. Smith will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships with commercial architects, glazing contractors, and building project teams.
Smith was hired at YKK AP America in 2005. During her tenure, she has held estimating and customer service positions. Smith was also senior customer service administrator at the company’s Atlanta branch.
Mike Turner, senior vice president of sales and marketing at YKK AP America, says, “[Smith] has been an integral part of the Atlanta branch for more than 18 years, and we’re proud to recognize her commitment and contributions with this promotion. [Smith’s] first-hand experience collaborating with our customers will be an asset as she moves into this new position on our architectural sales team. We look forward to her continued success.”
