MBCI offers two insulated roof panels. The first, Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok is one of MBCI’s popular standing-seam roof offerings. This panel is ideal for architectural, commercial, industrial and institutional applications. Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok has a 2-inch high standing seam with factory installed mastic in the female rib. The exterior and interior surfaces are stucco-embossed with a Mesa profile. The Insulated BattenLok panel is attached to structures with concealed clips to provide superior aesthetics and eliminate thermal short circuits. The panel is available in widths of 30, 36 and 42 inches and thicknesses of 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches, with an R-value of 7.69 per inch of insulation.
The Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel is a versatile panel offering a multitude of design options. This
panel can be used for both roof and wall applications. The Insulated R Panel is the only Eco-ficient
panel that utilizes a through-fastened attachment, which makes it ideal for metal building applications
in lieu of single-skin panels with fiberglass insulation. In this application, the interior metal skin provides a bright, wear-resistant surface. The standard exterior skin is smooth but can be embossed if requested. The interior surface is stucco-embossed with a Mesa profile. The Eco-ficient Insulated R
