Dimensional Metals’ Span-Lock SL20 standing seam roof system has structural panels mechanically seamed during installation. Panels are produced in aluminum, copper and Galvalume. Panels have 2-inch seams and come in 12-, 16- and 17 5/8-inch widths. Span-Lock SL25 has 2 1/2-inch seams. Panels have an integral interlocking system installed in one direction. Finishes include 32 standard colors and custom colors.
Fabral Inc.
Fabral’s Stand ‘N Seam metal roof panels form a structural roof system. The panels use one-piece stainless steel clips that allow thermal movement. Side joints are double-lock seamed. The 12- or 16-inch wide panels are factory or field formed. The minimum roof slope required is 1/2:12. Maximum purlin spacing is 5 feet on-center. The minimum radius for field curving is 150 feet.

McElroy Metal
McElroy’s Medallion-Lok standing seam roof system is a snap-together system for slopes greater than 3:12. Panels have 1 3/4-inch seams and can be installed over open framing or solid decking. The 12-, 16- or 18-inch-wide panels are available striated, with double pencil ribs, single pencil ribs and flat. Medallion-Lok panels come in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings’ Fluropon PVDF colors.

Overly Manufacturing Co.
Overly’s EVOLUTION metal roof and wall panels create an inverted batten seam system. It has concealed fasteners and a continuous internal drain channel. Panels are produced in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium and zinc. A variety of finishes are offered including standard PVDF, metallic, mica, patina prints, wood grain prints and embossed. The EVOLUTION system can be used on straight, concave, convex and complex surfaces.

Petersen Aluminum Corp.
Petersen’s T250 metal roof panel features a nominal 2.65-inch seam height above roof decks. It is produced in 16- and 18-inch widths, in multiple gauges of steel and aluminum. The T250 can be specified with a traditional intermittent fastening clip or continuous clip fastening system for open-framing scenarios where extra strength is required.
