ATAS International offers six standard patterns of perforated metal panels with a variety of hole sizes and placement combinations. Standard round holes and custom shapes are available. ATAS International’s standard patterns may be used with pre-painted aluminum coil and sheets.

Morin offers its metal wall panels including the Matrix Series with perforations. Perforations come in five standard patterns, as well as custom patterns. The panels are produced in aluminum, stainless steel, Corten and Galvalume. Individual panels can have multiple patterns. The perforated panels can be used for sunscreens, sound reduction, ventilation and security.

Móz Designs produces perforated aluminum and steel sheets in five standard hole patterns: 1/8-inch diameter by 3/16-inch staggered centers, 3/16-inch diameter by 5/16-inch staggered centers, 1/4-inch diameter by 3/8-inch staggered centers, 3/8-inch diameter by 3/4-inch staggered centers, and 1/2-inch diameter by 1-inch staggered centers. The sheets are also offered in custom perforation patterns. They come in 4 feet by 8 feet, and 4 feet by 10 feet. A variety of colors are available including the collections Classic, Blendz, Gradients, Graphix, digital imagery and powder-coating.

New Metals’ Louver Mesh is an expanded metal with a variety of applications including security barriers and perimeter fences. Louver Mesh is produced framed or frameless in multiple materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. A range of options are available in standard sheet dimensions, opening sizes, gauges and powder-coating colors. Additionally, the panelized architectural system can be used for pre-fabricated façades, screenwalls and pre-formed ceiling panels.
