The Arioso City Lofts in Phoenix utilized approximately 77,600 square feet (7,209 m2) of San Antonio-based Berridge Manufacturing Co.’s High Seam Tee Panel and Curved High Seam Tee Panel Standing-Seam Roof. The Zinc Grey standing-seam panels appear on the barrel vault roofs and lower shed roofs, providing the building with the modern look of an aviation hangar or industrial building. The architect was Todd Associates Inc., Phoenix; the general contractor was SNK Construction d/b/a Abino Construction, Phoenix; and the roof installer was Total Metals LLC, Chandler, Ariz.
