The Wildcatter Ranch Hotel in Graham, Texas, features a metal building, roof and walls from Mid-West Steel Building Co., Houston. The project was completed in October 2008and is 98 1/4 feet (30 m) wide by 107 5/12 feet (33 m) long on the low side and 28 9/16 feet (9 m) on the high side, with a 1/4:12 roof pitch. Mid-West Ultra-Lok roof panels were used to provide optimal durability and weathertightness, in addition to supporting faster and easier installation and a more efficient erection process. The project also utilized Hardie Board siding from James Hardie Building Products Inc., Mission Viejo, Calif., and Mid-West Steel Building’s 26-gauge PBR wall panels. The mezzanines around the interior perimeter of the building utilized Mid-West Steel Building’s 29-gauge PBD decking panels.
Rockin S Construction Co. Inc., Granbury, Texas, was the builder, erector and roofing contractor.
