AAC Releases the 2021 Buyers’ Guide

The Aluminum Anodizers Council (AAC) has released the 2021 edition of the AAC Buyers’ Guide. This comprehensive directory of AAC members is an essential resource for manufacturers that need to source an anodized finish for their products.

The AAC 2021 Buyers’ Guide contains a listing of AAC Anodizing Firm Members, which features full contact information and plant locations. A handy Capabilities Chart in the center of the guide provides valuable manufacturing details including number of anodize tanks, types of anodize finishes offered, maximum weight load, types of aluminum forms anodized, mechanical finishes offered and more. A geographical index provides an at-a-glance directory of anodizers by location.
Listings for AAC Supplier Members, as well as Professional and Associate Members, are also included, making the 2021 Buyers’ Guide a valuable resource for manufacturers seeking anodizing services.

“The AAC Buyer’s Guide is the go-to publication for all manufacturers using anodized finishes in their products. No other reference guide lists the best of the best in the anodizing industry by geography and capabilities,” said Jeff Henderson, President of the AAC.

As a bonus, the award-winning technical paper Anodizing by Current Density vs. Voltage by George Oh and Nathan Sheffield of Quaker Houghton is included in the 2021 Buyers’ Guide. The paper, which was awarded the Robert L. Kersman Award of Excellence for best paper from the 2019 Anodizing Conference, compares anodization while holding current density constant versus holding voltage constant evaluating the effects on such benchmarks as coating thickness, coating weight and acid dissolution tests (ADTs), as well on other steps in the process including coloring.

The 2021 AAC Buyers’ Guide is a free publication and is available in print and in a digital flipbook format. To view and download the online version or to request a printed copy, visit www.AACBuyersGuide.org or www.Anodizing.org/BuyersGuide.
