John P. Surma, chairman and chief executive officer of United States Steel Corp., Pittsburgh, will be the guest speaker for the opening general session at the Metal Construction Association’s 2010 Semi-Annual Meeting, July 25 to 27 at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh.
