Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc. has moved into a new 10,800-square-foot (1,003-m2) facility in Deland, Fla. Following its acquisition of MeTecno USA in August 2008, Kingspan established the official headquarters for its U.S. metal panel division. The Florida location serves as the Kingspan ASI facility and the U.S. headquarters for Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc. Additionally, the site includes a new 14,400-square-foot (1,338- m2) warehouse located across from Kingspan’s Deland manufacturing plant. The headquarters features wall panels from Kingspan ASI and wall and roof panels from Morin, Bristol, Conn. Prior to the building’s completion, personnel spent four years in a 6,800-square-foot (632- m2) trailer located across the street from the property. “We couldn’t wait for the new offices to be finished,” said Marketing Coordinator Lisa Fischer. “With all the changes that took place this past year, it was nice to fi nally feel settled.”
