All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has appointed Joe Paparella as president, succeeding Greg Lusty, who accepted the role of president of Kingspan Roofing & Waterproofing North America within the Kingspan Group.
“Joe has demonstrated the leadership, vision, and commitment needed to lead AWIP into its next chapter,” said Lusty. “I have complete confidence in the future of the company and the exceptional team that will continue building on our momentum.”
During his tenure with AWIP, Paparella led the company’s commercial organization through a period of expansion, helping strengthen customer relationships and drive strategic growth.
