Cornerstone Building Brands announced that Matthew E. Garth has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Matt will oversee the company’s finance and information technology organizations, while partnering across the business to support continued operational excellence and significant value creation.

Garth holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Columbia University, and brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience to his new role with Cornerstone.
Garth has held leadership roles across the manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, and healthcare sectors, serving as CFO at Minerals Technologies, executive vice president and CFO at Dentsply Sirona, and executive vice president, CFO, and chief administrative officer at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
