The site is enhanced with extensive landscaping and site lighting. The project features a variety of energy-efficient items, including ceiling and roof insulation (R-30 plus),R-19 walls, high-efficiency HVAC and insulated glass with large shaded areas over the storefront. The building is occupied with several doctors’ offices, an urgent care center, a lab and offices for an in-home nursing care company. Samuel G.
