DAMS Inc. announced the asset purchase of Doralco, a leading manufacturer of architectural metals, and all its brands. DAMS Inc., short for D. Architectural Metal Solutions, Inc., was created by employees Trip Hummel and Matthew JaBaay of Doralco and now makes the company 100% employee owned. DAMS will maintain its headquarters in the Chicago area and will retain the company’s entire production team.
