The Soffi-Steel System from Grice Engineering Inc., Janesville, Wis., is now listed by the Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Camas, Wash., as a decorative cover system for sprinkler piping. This is in addition to the 10-year limited warranty provided with every purchase and the Factory Mutual Approval rating it already holds. The Soffi-Steel System is an adaptive, interior soffit that effectively conceals exposed fire sprinkler, hydronic and plumbing piping, along with HVAC and wiring.
