The new luxury condominium building is helping to transform Long Island City into one of the most exciting new locations of urban life in the New York metropolitan area.
Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects, the 20-story building utilizes 42,000 square feet (3,902 m2) of Omega-Lite ACM panels by Laminators Inc. The Bright Silver and Sierra Tan panels were installed using Laminators’ patented Clip & Caulk installation system, which allowed the installers to fabricate the panels on-site.
