The reroofing of an apartment building owned by Sugarloaf Rentals in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., utilized 1,088 squares (16,722 m2) of Granutile tiles in Forest Green by ATAS International, Allentown, Pa. Granutile is a simulated modular low tile panel with a unique 3-D granular surface. The base metal is AZ 50, 55 percent aluminum-zinc coated steel, and the finish is a colored ground stone with a clear acrylic polymer finish. Stonehenge Roofing Products, Buford, Ga., was the distributor for the project.
