Inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett, the Margaritaville Beach Hotel in Pensacola Beach, Fla., sits on 800 feet of gulf-front property. The $50 million project features “barefoot elegance” with 162 guest rooms and 24 corner king suites. The complex features a wide range of Buffett- themed amenities and entertainment venues.
For the project, Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based Petersen Aluminum Corp. supplied 20,000 square feet of its 0.040-aluminum 12-inch-wide Tite-Loc Plus roof panels in Bone White and Snap-Clad canopy panels in Award Blue. Adache Group Architects, Pensacola, was the architect; Centennial Roofing Co., Panama City, Fla., was the roofing contractor; and Roofers Mart, Pensacola, was the distributor.
