Rib panels found to have correct angle in high school plan

Hmong College Prep Academy in St. Paul, Minn.

Durability, longevity and aesthetics were cited as reasons for metal products to be used in the design of Hmong College Prep Academy in St. Paul, Minn. Completed in July 2013, MG McGrath Maplewood, Minn., installed Tyvek commercial wrap from Dupont, Wilmington, Del., over sheathing, in addition to a vertical hat channel between the Tyvek and metal panel systems and trims on the high school.

CENTRIA, Moon Township, Pa., supplied 25,200 square feet of its Style Rib metal wall panels in Limestone/Flower Pot with a Fluorofinish, and 1,083 square feet of CENTRIA Econolap metal wall panels in Slate Gray with a Fluorofinish. The project also featured 995 square feet of MG McGrath’s MG F-Seam in Weathered Zinc with a Kynar finish. Kodet Architectural Group Ltd., Minneapolis, was the architect.
