Centerbrook Architects and Planners LLC designed Temple-Tifereth Israel with two golden-hued, metal-clad domes. Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc. installed 7,500 square feet of ISCOM SpA’s Riverclack standing seam roof system in three-layer PVDF Light Bronze. The aluminum alloy panels are 0.7-mm thick and 400-mm wide. The panels have a 15 1/2-foot radius on one dome and 32-foot radius on the second dome. ISCOM manufactured the panels at its factory in Pescantina, Italy, and shipped them to the job site in 40-foot-long shipping containers.

Kalkreuth also installed 5,500 square feet of CENTRIA’s Intercept Entyre aluminum panels in three-coat Light Bronze Metallic. The panels are 0.06-inch-thick, 1 3/8 inches deep, with 3/4-inch reveals between horizontal and vertical panels with continuous engagement flanges and concealed fasteners. For roofing edge metal and screenwalls, Kalkreuth installed 5,200 square feet of custom flat sheets. The 13,000-square-foot project was completed in September 2016.
