Conway, S.C.-based Spann Roofing & Sheet Metal installed 20,400 square feet of Perth Amboy, N.J.-based Englert Inc.’s 24-gauge, 16-inch-wide Series 2000 metal roof panels on South Atlantic Bank, Pawleys Island, S.C. Features include pulley-operated ceiling fans, deep porticos, louvered storm shutters, a pre-weathered Galvalume standing seam metal roof, drive-up automated teller machine and reception area. ESD Architecture, Charlotte, N.C., was the architecture firm, and Georgetown, S.C.-based Coastal Structures Corp., was the builder. Located on 1.15 acres, South Atlantic Bank opened its new facility in January 2015.
