The Plum Drive Dental building in West Des Moines, Iowa, features an Arched Super Lumideck Hanger Rod Canopy from Mapes Architectural Canopies,Lincoln, Neb. The canopy has the standard 2 3/4-inch
(70-mm) extruded decking with an 8-inch- (203-mm-) tall extruded fascia. The 66-square-foot (6-m2) canopy has a 6-foot (1.8-m) projection and is 11 feet (3.3-m) wide with a 9 1/3-foot (2.8-m) radius. It also has a black powder coat finish on the canopy and hanger rods. Completed in January 2008, the canopy was designed and installed by the general contractor, Larson & Larson Construction, Des Moines, Iowa.
