When Trainor Glass purchased a building in South Bend, Ind., for its retail division, the architect, Linden Group Inc., Homewood, Ill., used products from Doralco Architectural Systems, Alsip, Ill., to help put a fresh face to the skin, making it look like a whole new building.
Doralco supplied Slimline all-glass doors and COMPOSITEcore composite panels for the project. The Slimline door rail was used in conjunction with a floating header to give the opening an all-glass feeling, allowing products inside the store to be visible from the street. The COMPOSITEcore rainscreen composite panels added some additional color and sparkle to attract attention to the store.
