Plainville, Conn.-based PMC Industries Inc., doing business as AceClamp, was ordered by U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut to cease sales of its ColorSnap snow retention product due to infringement on a patent owned by RMH Tech LLC and Robert Haddock, CEO of Colorado based S-5!. AceClamp is barred from selling ColorSnap until patent expiration. RMH Tech and Metal Roof Innovations Ltd. filed the lawsuit in July 2016 and the court order was issued Dec. 18, 2018.
