The latest innovation in façade cladding from Alcoa Architectural Products, Eastman, Ga., provides architects with a stylish new option for projects under 40 feet or three-stories in height. The Reynobond Face Fastened Solution is a European-style exposed fastener installation solution designed specifically for use with Reynobond ACM, 4 mm, PE core panels. The look features small, visible fastener heads that attach the ACM panels to a single extrusion rainscreen system, creating a modern façade with no caulk joints. “Reynobond’s high strength-to-weight ratio is ideal for this type of installation,” said Sid Peterson, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Alcoa Architectural Products. “The Face Fastened Solution incorporates European design detailing with the versatility of Reynobond composite materials, to provide a whole new avenue for architects.
