Metal Sales’ President, Jim Waldron, led the ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, which included Craig Mackin, Chairman of the Board, Michael Dees, Vice President of Operations, George Marx, Regional Vice President, and Bob Bright, General Manager of the Fort Smith branch. Local officials, including Gary Campbell, Vice Mayor of the City of Fort Smith, and Cheryl Garner, Vice President of Economic Development for the Greater Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce joined the Company in their celebration of the new addition to the community. Following the ceremony, all guests attended a catered luncheon proceeded by a tour of the new facility. The new, 34,000 square-foot, Fort Smith manufacturing facility, located at 7510 Ball Road in Fort Smith, Arkansas, will better serve the needs of customers throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana, by offering a full line of Metal Sales’ commercial, agricultural and residential products with the highly-efficient, ENERGY STAR-listed colors.
