DP3 Architects Ltd. designed the City of Greenville, S.C.’s Public Works Department’s building with four metal building systems. The systems included metal roof panels, metal wall panels, canopies and overhangs.

Pro Steel Inc. erected the metal building systems, supplied by Ceco Building Systems. For the roof, Pro Steel installed 101,000 square feet of Metl-Span CFR insulated metal standing seam roof panels in Kynar Polar White.

Two types of wall panels were used. Pro Steel installed 35,700 square feet of Metl-Span’s 7.2 Insul-Rib insulated metal panels (IMPs) and Striated IMPs. Both panels are a combination of Slate Gray and Tundra, and were installed horizontally and vertically. City of Greenville Public Works building houses 98,000 square feet and was completed in October 2017.
