General contractor Flory Construction Inc., San Leandro, Calif., took on the task of rehabbing an existing metal building for Bay Area demolition and construction contractor, Thomas D. Eychner Co., Richmond, Calif. The design-build project required acquiring the necessary permits for the 6,400-square-foot (595-m2), two-story facility that consists of an office and shop.
MBCI, Houston, supplied its PBR panels for the project. There are 6,500 square feet (604 m2) for the roof, 10,000 square feet (929 m2) on the walls and 4,000 square feet (372 m2) for horizontal accent panels.
