Kawneer Company, Inc., an Alcoa business, announces the appointment of Ivan Rus to Sales Manager for the Central Region. In this role, Rus will lead the Central Region sales team as they work to further grow the company’s business in the region, which includes West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota.
Rus began his career with Alcoa more than a decade ago, first serving as the manager of Kawneer’s Cleveland service center, which experienced significant improvements in productivity and growth under his leadership. He later joined the sales team as Architectural Sales Representative for Ohio and, during his tenure, grew this territory by leveraging customer relationships and loyalty to drive results. Prior to joining Alcoa, Rus served as a Plant Manager for The Kennedy Group in Willoughby, Ohio and as a Group Leader for Stouffer’s Foods/Nestlé Frozen Foods.
