Deland, Fla.-based Kingspan Insulated Panels North America has announced that Andrea Peters has joined the company as Marketing Director. In her new role, Peters will oversee all marketing and communications efforts, internal and external, in North America from Kingspan’s headquarters and manufacturing plant in Deland.
Peters brings significant experience and capabilities in related industries. Kingspan’s core product line is an insulated panel system, manufactured as a single component system with high R-value, unsurpassed airtightness and superior moisture control, which delivers leading energy performance and durability in both new and retrofit buildings. Kingspan currently operates a total of five manufacturing plants in the United States and Canada, where it is growing steadily.

Prior to joining Kingspan, Peters was most recently Director of Marketing at Masco Contractor Services, a leader in installed insulation and gutters. With Masco, Peters drove a renewed brand strategy and oversaw a marketing U.S. national budget of
$2.5 million. Prior to that, Peters was general manager of the Sears Home Improvement Products wesbite, SearsHomeServices.com. Between 2009 and 2011, Peters directed the successful marketing efforts of for the website, which grew to annual revenues of about $200 million.
In addition to this valuable expertise in online marketing, Peters also brings knowledge of broadcast media and general audience development. As director of Marketing at CBS Interactive from 2006 to late 2008, Peters executed marketing campaigns for CBSSports.com, the sports network of the major television network. She also worked with Live Nation, a major promoter of large-scale in-person events.
Peters studied at Wheaton College in Illinois, and worked in Chicago for some time. Today, she is based near Kingspan headquarters in Central Florida, not far from Orlando, where she lives with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Peters is a member of Women of the Boardroom and volunteers for the Whole Hearts Foundation, a group devoted to families of children with congenital heart disease.
