The Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International (RIMA-I), Olathe, KS., will be presenting an educational training session entitled “Fundamentals of Reflective Technology” at the 2010 METALCON show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 21st, running from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. In the Las Vegas Convention Center. This luncheon and training session provides an introduction into reflective technology. It will review the physics involved, address some of the test methods used, discuss how R-Values are achieved and introduce the attendees to the types of reflective insulation available on the market today. Anyone who installs, sells or works with reflective products needs this training! Following the course, attendees will have the option to complete a take-home test which can be returned for certificate of completion identifying them as being trained in reflective technology and a RIMA-I logoed Ping golf shirt.
