Advanced Exterior Systems of Raleigh, NC has met the qualifications of the Metal Construction Association, Glenview, Ill., Premium MCM Fabricator Certification Program. To qualify for the program, fabricators must meet specific standards in the areas of experience, services, systems, and financial strength to help assure premium performance for metal panels. “The appeal for us was our belief that our industry desperately needs a certification program, orchestrated by an entity as prestigious as MCA,” said John Christine, chief operating officer for Advanced Exterior Systems. “MCA’s review process incorporates both financial and performance criteria which should be invaluable to any entity, be it an architect, engineer, general contractor or construction manager, who is considering the use of ours or similar products.” The company joins MCA company members Firestone Metal Products LLC, Anoka, Minn., The Miller-Clapperton Partnership Inc., Austell, Ga., NOW Specialties Inc., Carrollton, Texas, and Sobotec Ltd., Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in meeting the stringent program requirements.
