Metl-Span, Lewisville, Texas, has introduced its new 7.2 Insul-Rib, which combines a traditional 7.2-inch (183-mm) rib panel with a urethane foam core. This widely-used profile is now available with excellent insulating properties for the first time. 7.2 Insul-Rib is offered in a variety of thicknesses from 2 1/2 to 6 inches (64 to 152 mm) and in panel lengths from 8 to 50 feet (2 to 15 m). The panel width is 36 inches (914 mm).
“This has always been a popular profile,” according to Doug Pickens, vice president, sales & marketing. “We’re pleased to be able to bring it to the marketplace in an insulated panel.”
