Flex-Ability Concepts, Oklahoma City, has reached a settlement with Radius Track Corp., Blaine, Minn., in a patent infringement lawsuit initiated by Flex-Ability Concepts in 2005. According to a statement from Flex-Abiltity Concepts, the settlement allows Radius Track to continue producing its present products without claims of infringement by Flex-Ability Concepts but the settlement does not license or authorize Radius Track to produce Flex-Ability Concepts’ designs.
