Dynamic Fastener
Dynamic Fastener’s Dyna-Guard is an 8-foot-long extruded aluminum rail with a T-shape profile. It has 2-inch-wide strips of the same metal roofing material inserted into it. Dyna-Guard is installed by attaching nonferrous clamps or mounts to a metal roof, and bolting or screwing the system to clamps or mounts. Thirteen Dyna-Clamps with round-point, stainless steel set-screws and Sno-Dams are offered.
Novagard Solutions Inc.
Novagard’s NovaFlex translucent metal roof repair patch mastic repairs to metal panels, roof systems, gutters and other metal structures. Its translucent formula minimizes visibility of repairs. NovaFlex patch mastic is brushed into place for precise applications and can fully cure in a minimum 48 hours. It provides immediate waterproofing for short-term, long-term and emergency repairs.

S-5!’s SolarFoot is a pedestal for L-Foot (not included) attachment of rail-mounted solar PV systems for exposed-fastener metal roofing. When mounting solar to agricultural profiles, it may be necessary to attach to the structure underneath, and SolarFoot provides a mounting base. SolarFoot has aluminum and stainless components with four points of attachment, and an applied 40-year isobutylene/isoprene crosslink polymer sealant.
Triangle Fastener Corp.
Triangle Fastener’s vibration-resistant threads (VRT) lap screws are available in carbon steel and with stainless steel cap heads. The fasteners have back-out resistant screw threads and are designed to reduce the loosening effects of expansion and contraction. VRT lap screws are TRI-SEAL 1,000-hour salt-spray-coated for corrosion resistance, and VRT is available for the company’s BLAZER line of drill screws.
