Design Components distributes fixed louvers in steel or aluminum. They can be installed on existing buildings without framed openings; steel louvers with selfframing/ self-flashing construction are available. Fixed louvers come in custom sizes and a variety of colors. Custom colors are also available. Options include fixed louvers with hardware cloth or bird screens.

Fakro’s DRF roof hatch skylight has feature to avoid condensation including thermal insulation, triple-glazed, laminated glass and a thermal bridge that allows air to go through, allowing it to breath. Also, between the glazing are two plastic warm spacers to prevent condensation.

Sheet Metal Supply offers 7-inch PVDF-painted steel and aluminum gutters in lengths to 40 feet. Also, 4-inch by 5-inch downspouts come in custom lengths with integrated elbows and one-piece offsets.

Butler Manufacturing
Butler’s TBS insulation system can be installed above purlins without a banded system underneath it. It is installed on either Z-purlins or truss purlins. The TBS insulation system meets some energy codes with low U-Factor requirements. It has tested thermal performance options with U-factors from 0.035 to 0.029 and A-values from A-28.5 to A-34.4.
