Metal Sales Manufacturing Corp., Louisville, Ky.,supplied approximately 32,000 square feet (2,973 m2) of its 22-gauge ClipLoc standing-seam metal roofing panels in Colonial Red. Additionally, the 69-room, state-of-the-art hotel features 70,430 square feet
(6,543 m2) of the Ecolite high-performance wall system from Ecolite Concrete USA Inc., Carlsbad, Calif., for the interior and exterior walls. The sustainable panelized wall system enables rapid construction.
RQ Construction Inc., Carlsbad, Calif., was the design-build contractor, and Fusting Construction Inc., Vista, Calif., was the roofing installer.
